Competition is fierce and many companies try and make money by short-changing consumers on the ingredients. They know it costs over $2,000 to have a product properly analyzed in a laboratory to determine exactly what it contains, and no consumer is going to do that. No health food store is even going to do that. But WE DID IT!
The only way to really tell what a product contains is to test it. As we like to say LAB REPORTS DON’T LIE! It is the only way we can provide you with unbiased clinical evidence of which product failed or passed and to what degree.

The Nation's Premiere Nutraceutical Testing Facility
Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, San Rafael Chemical Services (SRCS) was established in 1993 under the direction of Ralph Meibos, a 25-year veteran of chromatographic and spectrometric analysis and interpretation. SRCS specializes in HPLC analysis of biological material. For instrumentation, SRCS utilizes Hewlett Packard's 1090 series II/L HPLC and ties into the HP 5989 A - Mass Spectrometer engine when analyzing certain compounds and for method development. They also have the HP 5890 series II Gas Chromatograph for GC/MS determinations, along with other devices. SRCS also provides microbiological services and has licenses from the State of Utah and the United States Department of Justice, and the Drug Enforcement Administration for controlled substances (1-5) Analytical Laboratory.
Professional associations include the American Chemical Society (ACS), the American Society for Mass Spectrometry (ASMS) and the Association of Official Analytical Chemists (AOAC).
San Rafael is one of the few labs that utilizes the high-pressure liquid chromatograph (HPLC) method. This type of testing is a state-of-the-art, and is more accurate than the often-used DAC86 method (Deutscher Arzneimittel Codex).
What We Tested For And Why:
As you look at the lab reports you will see we tested each product in five different key areas. Each test measures for the “active ingredient” in the category – which is the real accurate indication of how potent the pills really are. For example you might pick up a bottle and see on the label it contains 500mg of Saw Palmetto. It really tells you nothing. You have no way of knowing if it is a powder (weakest form) or if it is an extract. Then even if it is an extract, the potency of extracts varies dramatically – you have no way of knowing. You won’t know unless you use the product and then determine if you can tell if it is helping you, or subject it to laboratory testing.
5 Markers Tested
There are a large number of natural compounds used in sexual supplements, however we have chosen the five compounds we feel will give the best indication of how potent the product really is. Here are the five we test for the most:
Yohimbine
Yohimbe is a proven sexual enhancer. Many companies put cheap yohimbe bark powder in their formula, while the good companies use yohimbe extract. Out test for yohimbe lets you know which pills are potent and which are just powder.
Icariin
This is the active component of Horny Goat Weed (HGW). Despite the silly name, HGW can be extremely effective if the potency is high enough. The problem is that most supplement manufactures use the cheap HGW powder and it has little or ZERO effectiveness. Testing for Icariin will let you know how potent the HGW truly is.
L-Arginine
A Nobel Prize was awarded to a UCLA scientist for his work on showing how L-Arginine increases the release of nitric oxide – something absolutely necessary for getting bigger and hard – “downstairs”. It is a great compound and one that is easy to measure. The lab test gives a crystal clear answer to how much L-Arginine is in the pills. This is an expensive test but well worth the money to get the accurate information on this all-important compound.
DHEA
It has been called “the mother of all hormones” and the new men’s “superhormone”, and for good reason. DHEA can boost testosterone dramatically. Many companies make claims about DHEA and there are several types. It is easy to get cheated on the quality DHEA, and to get cheated on the amount in general. A very expensive testing procedure to measure DHEA, but again it is worth it. This is a very important compound.
Tribulus Terristris
Ever since studies were published out of Bulgaria in the 1990’s showing that Tribulus was a great male sexual compound, it has been popular. The best way to determine the potency of tribulus terristris is to test for the amount of saponins in it. The saponins are the active part of the plant. The difference between Tribulus powder (which contains hardly any saponins) and Tribulus extract (loaded with saponins) is dramatic. There is a ton of counterfeit and imitation Tribulus on the market, so this test lets you know how much a product really contains.

Longinexx
Longinexx One of the main reasons Longinexx is rated as our number one product, and why it works so well, can be attributed to its very impressive lab results. They say the reason Longinexx works so well is because of the combination of L-Arginine as the moderator of nitric oxide, and the other pro-sexual ingredients, combined with their delivery system. The product tested great. Most impressive is the Icariin level. This is the key compound found in Horny Goat Weed (HGW). It's the only part of HGW that is effective - the rest is pure junk! Pfizer, the makers of Viagra, recently lost a patent application on Viagra because the U.S. Patent office said it "too closely resembled an extract of HGW." The extract they are talking about is Icariin. It is almost identical in its molecular structure to Viagra! - This is probably one of the reasons Longinexx works so well.
The amount of L-Arginine at 271mg per dose of a pharmaceutical grade AKG, is quite high. DHEA at above 70mg is considered extremely strong. The second highest score we saw for DHEA was in the 50's (also an excellent score). Another important compound that is extremely effective is Tribilus Terrestris (TT). There is also a wide variation on "good" TT and bad TT. The best TT comes from Belgium. This is where all of the clinical studies on TT have taken place. It was widely used by weight lifters in the Olympics, but its "real" benefit is as a men's sexual stimulant. Longinexx has almost 60mg of TT. This is not just good - but sensational!

Butea Superba, is one of their key ingredients, and it is a proprietary compound that only they use. We were unable to test the amount of Butea Superba in Longinexx since we do not have a standard by which to measure against it. They are the only ones. However, based on their impressive scores in the areas we tested, we are confident that the amount of Butea Superba is proper. How else could the product produce such great results?
At the end of the day, we have tested over 100 products and none scored as high as Longinexx. A few others have come close, and in fact some even have more of one of the ingredients here and there, but in the overall picture, no other pill comes close. Results are what drives re-orders in any business. You make a good product or provide a good service and people will keep coming back. Longinexx is the new gold standard and has raised the bar for all in the industry. We hope it serves as an example to other companies so the overall quality of the industry is elevated.

All you have to do is take one look at their lab results and you’ll know why this product stinks! Despite what they claim on the bottle label, the ACTUAL INGREDIENTS don’t come close! This product is a waste of money, the only reason it got a D was because of the 48mg of maca – and maca isn’t even that important. Below average product!

Once endorse by Dr. Daniel Stein – the shill behind the Extenze scam, this pill performed poorly in the lab as this report shows. L-Arginine is a very effective and yet, very inexpensive compound. So when a company claims they have over 400mg of L-Arginine per serving, and they only have 47.9, per tablet, you know you are dealing with a dishonest company. Lab report proves this product is a waste of money.

Yohimbe is a very important ingredient in male sexual enhancers, and the 6.75 per capsule, means a two -capsule serving will give you almost 13mg of yohimbe. This is a little above average. However the rest of the lab test shows there is not much more in the product of any value.

Argionic Desire
The level of L-Arginine in these capsules is pretty good. 135mg per capsule means a suggested serving gives you 270mg of this key ingredient. The icarin at 10mg is pretty good too, as most manufactures usually get the cheap horny goat weed (Icariin is the active marker in horny goat weed) which contains ZERO Icariin. Solid lab result.

The level of L-Arginine in these capsules is pretty good. 140mg per capsule means a suggested serving gives you 280mg of this key ingredient. The Icariin score of 6.4mg per pill (Icariin is the active marker in horny goat weed) is better than average as well. Solid lab test.

This lab test shows a terrible score for L-Arginine, with only 5mg found in each pill. However, they did a great job with the amount of yohimbe they have in each pill – 17mg. If the L-Arginine could have been 100mg higher they could have gotten a strong B, however at this point the lab report shows it is basically just a run on the mill average product.

This product makes a bunch of bold claims so we tested it for several compounds, and they actually performed quite well in the lab. The 93mg of L-Citrilluin per pill was very good, and the 130mg of L-Arginine was also very solid. Very good lab results.

You see this product at gas station all over the country. You would think that since the name of the product is Horny Goat Weed, that the amount of horny goat weed would be pretty high. You would be wrong. Only 2mg of Icariin were found in each capsule – this is terrible. Very disappointing results.

Look at this lab report and you can see why this pill is so popular and why it finished as the number 2 rated “Get Bigger” pill. 342mg of L-Arginine per pill (that make each two pill does 684mgs) 42mg of Tribulus, 21mg of yohimbe – this pill is awesome! Compare this lab report to many of the others with slicker advertising (although their ad campaign is pretty slick too) and you can see how all that really matter are the lab tests. This pill is loaded with top ingredients. Outstanding lab scores.

This pill is designed to prevent premature ejaculation. It contains NONE of the ingredients clinically proven to help delay orgasm. With that said, it does have and extremely high amount of yohimbe. In fact it was one of the highest we have ever tested. So it might not be great for P.E., but it is a rock solid sexual enhanced strictly because this amount of yohimbe will make this pill work for many men.

One of the products that has been around for a long time. It can be found in a many vitamins stores around the country. This report shows that its just taking up shelf space! Poor yohimbe score and zero L-Arginine. Doubtful this pill will work very well with scores like these.

Prolixus
This pill is in contention for our SCAM OF THE YEAR AWARD! Their advertising claims are way over the top and the formula is a joke. But on top of that, this joke of a formula doesn’t even deliver the amount of ingredients that it promises. The label says it contains 200mg of ginseng – yet this lab report shows it only contains 33mg – that about 15% of what it claims. And who care about ginseng anyway. Gensend is a secondary ingredient in sex formulas, not a featured compound. And the level of Icariin – which is the active ingredient in Horny Goat Weed – is only 3mg!!! What a scam! Toss this stuff fin the garbage.

One quick look at this lab report and anyone can tell that this is not a good score. This product is basically a scam. The levels of yohimbe and L-Arginine are such a joke. When you read a bottle label you never REALLY know what’s inside unless you subject the pill to an expensive laboratory like this. Good thing we have your back! Cheap product form a cheap mail order company. They probably spent more on the stamps to mail out the product, than they did on actually making the product.

Too bad we didn’t make this lab report public years ago, as we would have saved many men some money and pointed them in the direction of pills that work – because this one doesn’t do much. The lab report shows that it’s impossible for this pill to help in any significant way. No yohimbe, no Icariin, and low levels of DHEA and Maca. They should call it Super Bozo!

From the same company that manufactures PE Control. So it should come as no surprise that it too contains very high levels of yohimbe, just like PE Control. Ironically the yohimbe level in this pill is NOT as high as it is in their other pill – and it’s not necessary in the other pill. Strange. Still the L-Arginine score is above average. Decent product.

Not very shocking that this pill tested so poorly, since many survey sheets said it was worthless. Now you can see why. To have ZERO L-Arginine in a formula when you claim over 200mg is borderline criminal! Complete waste of money!

DHEA can be an excellent testosterone booster – but 2mg – that’s like ordering a bag of French fries and then you get the bag and there is only French fry in it – and it has a bite taken out of it! Total joke of a product!

The yohimbe level is not too high, but pretty much in the proper zone to compliment the other ingredients. The DHEA score of 76 per dose is also well-played! Excellent scores, excellent product.
